As our Chief Operating Officer + Creative Director, Trayce leads our talented Clareity team of copywriters and designers, and is actively involved in every client project. Clare likes to say that Trayce “leaves no stone unturned.” (#truth) All i’s are dotted, all t’s are crossed, everything has a proper place. It seems her love for playing “teacher” and “office” as a child have paid off! She finds joy in handpicking, hiring, coaching and developing our creative “dream team,” so we can deliver above and beyond for our clients, who by the way are well cared for under her watchful eye.
A natural-born leader, she has over 30 years of experience, including previously working with and leading large successful teams in the Fashion and Beauty Industries. As a result, her approach to business is very strategic, organized and diplomatic; serving with passion, intuition and commitment to her work. She is patient and kind, bringing out the best in everyone around her. She’s a visionary, an excellent communicator, self-improvement junkie, she geeks out on personality tests and deeply values connection through relationships.
Outside of Clareity, Trayce loves practicing pilates and is a big time bookworm. She expresses her creativity through painting and decorating her home, organizing anything and everything under the sun, and is learning modern calligraphy. She loves having sleepovers with her granddaughters, entertaining friends with a glass of wine in hand, cooking and spending time with her family, and hopes to travel soon.
